A national party is only as real as its state organizations. These are the states where the work is furthest along, and where we need people next.

Recognized as a Political Group by the Alaska Division of Elections in November 2025. Alaskans can now register their Prohibition Party affiliation on the state voter rolls. We are working toward limited party status and a 2028 ballot line.
Alaska organizingBuilding membership and state organization in a state with some of the lowest ballot access requirements in the country: 25 valid signatures for most offices, and 275 signatures plus 11 electors for a presidential ticket.
Tennessee organizingThese members are the point of contact for the party in their state. If you live in one of them, they are the person to write to.

If your state is not listed above, that is an opening rather than a closed door. State parties get built by the people who decide to build them, and the party will back you.
Serving as a state contact is not the same as sitting on the National Committee. Each state may seat two committee members; see the leadership page for who currently holds those seats.
